The design and implementation of the Research Library (RL) system using Oracle context cartridge. The RL system covers 12 years of news releases and ASX (Australian Stock Exchange) Company Announcements with over 3 Million documents in total. The project was initiated by the f2network to replace the existing archive system with search facility for a limited 200,000 documents. The RL system is in production for over a year with sub-second response time.

Recently, special consulting exercise on the tuning of Open Market IPS package to the Financial Times in London, as J. Fairfax IPS software is known to be the best tuned IPS software in the world.
