The key objective of National NSQSS branch is the measurement of the level of service provided by the telephone network from the customer point of view. NSQSS provides analysis of network service performance and customer information; using comprehensive SAS reporting and graphing tools of "network service quality " network parameters.

The interface of Oracle/Sybase databases was crucial to the implementation of Ericsson NEAT (Network Evaluation and Testing) system . The software development of Sybase/Oracle interface was designed to replace the costly Gatway products available in the market (Platinum, Oracle, Sybase and others).
