which is part of a comprehensive online Internet base Freight Management System (FMS). It is THE ultimate tool for any shipper, carrier and receiver as it is one step from a paperless FMS , using a standard uniform Consignment Note suitable for use by any carrier, shipper and receiver bringing all to the electronic age.

The days of the pre-numbered, pre-printed consignment books are over. No more carrier billing inaccuracies, where charges applied are under/over, as the shipper and/or carrier calculate space or volume incorrectly. Carrier companies will always know WHEN to pick up a shipment, HOW MANY pallets are to be collected and shipped, WHAT is the volume and space at hand, what are the charges which can be checked and verified prior to carrier's truck dispatch. Chep and Loscam pallets summarization are part and parcel of carriers and shippers daily reporting requirements and Truck Utilization and Freight Optimization can be organized and scheduled.
e-PPCS was designed from its conception to eliminate as much of the shipper, carrier and receiver paper trail, converting.

All hand written documents are converted into an Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF), and coupled with other electronically transmitted ISO 9002 4.5 data files are electronically stored and e-mailed.


An additional option to e-PPCS is e-Tracking and e-Proofing, which enables the carrier to track the goods throughout their journey and electronically proof the delivery using "Keytools Transphormer Middleware", which is server oriented software solution that accepts incoming connection from mobile devices (GSM/GPRS) and interacts with corporate databases.
